So yeah, another question i'm having: Is Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5 even compatible with the MSI GL62M 7RD? This version of Realtek came with the Nahimic install package, and I actually also have the option to delete Nahimic in my list of programs.Īnd if my laptop is able to support any good Sound Blaster, like X-Fi MB5 or something, then how do I get rid of my current Realtek and Nahimic installations so I can hopefully, maybe, possibly install Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5? I've never used any Creative Soundblaster audio programs, because I'm new to MSI products, but it's probably true that it's better.Īs alot of of the newer gaming notebooks have Nahimic built in, I wanted to ask this question. I did some more browsing and i've seen alot of other old posts of people who discussed the same thing.

Hi, so, sorry if this is gonna sound stupid, but I have recently stumbled across an old post of someone complaining that Nahimic is rubbish compared to Creative Sound Blaster Cinema 2.
